Chief Technology Officer

Venkat serves as our Chief Technology Officer, bringing a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in renewable energy, specifically in solar technology, engineering, and project execution. Most recently, as a Senior Consultant in the UAE, Venkat specialized in Solar Manufacturing Cells, Modules, and EPC projects. Previously, he dedicated 15 impactful years as General Manager at Solon International LL Fze, overseeing critical engineering and operational projects in renewable energy, including significant solar infrastructure in the Middle East. Venkat also served as Director at Microsol Power Pvt Ltd, managing comprehensive solar cell and module manufacturing operations. Earlier in his career, he held managerial roles at ITC Limited and Capol Farm Equipment Pvt Ltd, where he successfully led operations, process optimization, and quality assurance initiatives. A Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP®) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Program Management Professional (PgMP®), Venkat is also recognized as a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers India (F.I.E.), a Chartered Engineer, and an ISO-certified Management System Lead Auditor. His substantial contributions include the establishment of solar manufacturing plants in India and the UAE, execution of high-profile solar EPC projects, and the implementation of innovative hybrid energy solutions across Africa and Asia. Venkat's strategic leadership has significantly enhanced market expansion and operational excellence within the renewable energy sector.
