Most recently, Packiarajan was the Head of Business Development & Customer Success at Kalki Energy, where he led strategic initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He was instrumental in driving the adoption of innovative solutions for DER (Distributed Energy Resources) management, microgrids, and smart grid technologies. His experience includes significant roles at top-tier companies such as Schneider Electric, Larsen & Toubro, and Vestas, where he specialized in SCADA systems, substation automation, and wind energy solutions. He has successfully executed large-scale projects across multiple geographies, including the Middle East, Africa, and India, demonstrating his expertise in managing complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
